Senior Law Day 2023

Last Saturday I presented at the Adams and Broomfield Counties Senior Law Day 2023 held at Adams 12 Five Star School Conference Center. My workshop covered wills and trusts with over 100 seniors in attendance. We covered different estate planning scenarios and had an ask/answer time to discuss further. I have attached the flyer I created to explain the differences between a will and trust and when/why you might choose just a will or a will with a trust in place.
