Emily Gregory speaks at Senior Law Day

Over this past weekend, the 1st Annual 17th Judicial District Senior Law Day (Adams and Broomfield Counties) was a great success and over 300 individuals attended. Emily Gregory volunteered for several Ask-An-Attorney sessions and spoke in a workshop to over 100 attendees. Her workshop was titled: Dying in Colorado: Intestacy, Wills, Trusts and Other Testamentary Arrangements: What happens if someone dies without a Will, the need (or not) for implementing the probate process, and other ownership and beneficiary structures that are transferred upon someone’s death.
